Kristen Lodge grew up in Rye, New Hampshire and received a BA in English at the University of New Hampshire. She has lived in Rye, New Hampshire, Killington, Vermont, Bethel, Maine, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Kristen’s essays and poems have been published in Rough Writers, Diverse Voices Quarterly, Wilderness House Literary Review, and This I Believe. She has published articles for regional magazines including Grand County Living and Steamboat Magazine about skiing, triathlon, and regional art. She writes a weekly outdoor column where she mixes outdoor adventures, environmental issues, sports, historical preservation of Grand County, and anything related to animals (wild and domestic). Kristen lives in Granby, Colorado with her two dogs, Abbey and Daisy.
