J.W. Young‘s non-fiction has appeared in The Sylvan Echo, Memoir (and), Apple Valley Review and other journals. Her work has been anthologized in Twentysomething Essays by Twentysomething Writers (Random House) and Best of the Web 2008 (Dzanc Books). Her recently completed collection of essays, I’m Going to Hell: Essays from the Suburbs, chronicles her life in the seemingly-boring, cookie-cutter village where she lives with her husband and infant daughter. J.W. also teaches writing at Middle Georgia College.
