All requirements for our Guest Editor Theme are included in the rules which were in the crwopps advertisement and all information about the Guest Editor themes are also on our Guest Editor page, you will see the large graphic link on the right hand side of every page. TWF is an online journal, we publish work twice a week.

Are there any length restrictions? If accepted, is it strictly online publication, or does Whistling Fire go to print as well?

We do not provide criticisms or reviews, we are a literary journal and our purpose is to publish works of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. If you wish your work to be published, you must submit it through the appropriate channels following our submissions guidelines.

Our only guideline in order for publication on TWF is that it is done well. If it is all profanity and no story then we may have a problem. The editors at the TWF are fairly profane people. If you read our archives you will see we have published sexually suggestive work as well as work containing cursing. Please do keep in mind though if you are submitting chapters that we have a word limit.
